We have lowered our fares for 2010 — from January, many of our train tickets were reduced in price. At a time of the year when prices everywhere were going up, we actually freezed or lowered charges.

Lowering the cost of First Class travel
Not only have we reduced the price of many of our First Class Advance tickets, we have also introduced a new flexible First Super Off-Peak ticket for our London routes. This ticket is up to 36% cheaper than the equivalent ticket available in May 2009. So, if you need some privacy in order to work more effectively or simply want to relax in the additional space – this ticket could be just what you need.
